When do you need a Cat. 6A network cable?
A Cat. 6A network cable is used to connect devices with an internet connection to your router, switch or network. This type of cable is suitable for professional applications where you need stable, fast data connections between computers, printers, NAS systems or other network equipment.

Why choose a 20-metre length?
With 20 metres, you can bridge greater distances in offices or between different rooms without having to join multiple cables. This length offers enough flexibility for most business installations where equipment is not located directly next to the network point.

Advantages of the shielded S/FTP design
This cable has a shielded S/FTP construction (PIMF) that keeps out interference from external sources. The shielding gives you a more stable signal, especially in environments with a lot of electronic equipment. The copper conductors (AWG 26/7) and gold-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transmission.

Practical details for installation
The cable has an LSZH sheath, which releases fewer harmful fumes when heated, an important consideration in office environments. The RJ45 connectors are fully shielded with moulded hoods that protect the connections against damage. The grey strain relief prevents cable breakage when bent. Always check that your network equipment supports Cat. 6A for optimal performance.
