What does this brush do and when do you need it?
A flat brush is used to apply paint, varnish or stain to various surfaces. This Marabu brush is especially suitable for projects where you want an even layer of paint and durability is important. You need this brush for painting work, hobby projects or craft jobs.

Why size 10 may be the right choice
Size 10 offers a medium width that is versatile to use. This size gives you sufficient coverage for larger surfaces, while still offering enough control for detailed work. It is a practical size that is suitable for both beginners and experienced users in various types of paint projects.

Benefits of pig bristles and unvarnished wood
The pure pig bristles are particularly resilient and keep their shape well during use. These natural bristles absorb paint optimally and release it evenly. The unvarnished wooden handle feels pleasant during extended use and gives you a good grip. The seamless aluminium ferrule ensures that the bristles are held firmly in place.

Practical maintenance tip
Clean the brush straight after use with the appropriate solvent or water, depending on the type of paint you have used. By letting the unvarnished wood dry thoroughly after cleaning, you prevent the handle from splitting or cracking. Store the brush hanging or lying flat, so the bristles keep their shape.
