When do you use a 12-pocket sorting folder?
A 12-pocket sorting folder is ideal when you want to file documents straight away without first having to open binders or ring folders. This type of folder is perfect for ongoing projects, different clients or monthly admin, where you regularly need to add or consult documents.

Why choose this A4 format?
With dimensions of 245 x 320 mm, this folder fits standard A4 documents perfectly. The 5 mm thickness keeps it easy to handle, even when all the pockets are full. Its compact size makes it suitable for use on your desk or for carrying in a bag.

Practical organisation with numbered pockets
The pockets are numbered on the front from 1 to 12, helping you file documents consistently. The black index tab makes it easy to find the right pocket quickly. The clear numbering prevents documents ending up in the wrong pocket, so you can keep to a fixed system.

Secure closure with elastic
The corner elastic keeps all documents safely in place, even during transport. You can put the folder in a bag or stack it on top of others without worry. The cardboard material offers enough sturdiness for daily use, while the elastic ensures loose papers don't slip out of the pockets.
