When do you need a 12-compartment sorting folder?
A sorting folder with 12 compartments is useful when you want to organise documents according to a fixed system, such as by month, project or category. This PAGNA sorting folder is ideal for organising administration, invoices, contracts or other important papers that you need regularly but do not want to punch for a binder.

Why choose 12 compartments?
With 12 compartments you can keep a full year of monthly administration or divide your documents into logical categories. The cardboard material makes the folder sturdy enough for daily use, while it remains compact. The dimensions of 245 x 320 mm are suitable for standard A4 documents.

Convenient organisation with numbered compartments
The numbers 1-12 are clearly printed on the front, giving you an immediate overview of your sorting system. The black index label makes it easy to find the right compartment quickly. This thoughtful layout saves time when searching for specific documents.

Practical to use and store
The elastic band keeps the folder securely closed during transport and prevents documents from falling out. Thanks to its compact depth of 5 mm, the folder fits easily in a desk drawer or on a shelf. You can store it either upright or lying flat, depending on the space available.
