When do you need a pigment marker?
Pigment markers are ideal for projects where you need an opaque, permanent colour that doesn't bleed into other layers. You use them for marking dark surfaces, making illustrations, decorating objects or creating eye-catching accents in your work. Unlike ordinary felt-tip pens, pigment markers work on virtually all surfaces.

Why choose the round tip of 0.9–1.3 mm?
The round tip with a line width of 0.9 to 1.3 millimetres gives you the perfect balance between precision and coverage. You can use it to draw fine details as well as to colour smaller areas. This tip size is versatile enough for hand lettering, small illustrations and precise colouring where you want to keep control over the line work.

The power of light yellow pigment
Light yellow is a special colour in pigment markers because it is one of the hardest colours to make fully opaque. This POSCA marker solves that problem with its pigment formula, which remains clearly visible even on dark surfaces. You can use it to add subtle accents or to lay a soft base for other colours. The light yellow pigment dries to a matt finish, giving a natural, non-glossy result.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always shake the marker well before use and test first on a scrap piece of the same material. The PC3M JS works on paper, card, wood, metal, glass and plastic. Store the marker lying horizontally and make sure the cap fits tightly to prevent it from drying out. For the best results, work on a clean, dry surface.
