This flat brush with fine, golden polyester fibres gives you grip and control with every stroke. The seamless brass ferrule and glossy lacquered handle ensure lasting enjoyment, whether you work with oil or acrylic paint.
When do you choose this product?
What does this brush do?
This Van Gogh brush from Royal Talens is specially designed for both oil and acrylic paint. Thanks to its flat shape, you can spread paint broadly, work in solid coverage and draw sharp lines. The brush is ideal when you want to fill large surfaces or detail precisely along edges.
Why size 20 in a flat shape?
Size 20 gives you a medium width that is versatile to use. You can work on both details and somewhat larger areas without constantly having to switch brushes. The flat shape gives you control over the application of paint and ensures an even distribution.
Golden polyester fibres as brush hair
The golden polyester fibres are synthetic hair that is well suited to both types of paint. These fibres hold their shape well and are durable in use. After painting, the synthetic hair springs back to its original shape, so the brush retains its point for longer.
Practical details for long-term use
The brush has a long handle with a glossy lacquer finish, which allows for comfortable gripping. The seamless nickel-plated brass ferrule ensures the hairs stay firmly in place and do not come loose during your work. Clean the brush straight after use with the appropriate solvents: turpentine for oil paint and water with soap for acrylic paint.
