When do you need a fineliner?
You use a fineliner when you need precision for drawing, writing or technical work. The STABILO Point 88 is ideal for detailed work, making charts, architectural drawings or simply for neat writing. Thanks to the fine line, you have control over your lines and can also work in small spaces.

Why a 0.4 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.4 mm, this fineliner sits precisely between an ordinary pen and an ultra-fine writing pen. This width gives you enough visibility for everyday use, yet is still thin enough for accurate work. You can write comfortably with it without the lines becoming too thick, and also draw small details.

Metal tip for long-lasting use
The metal-clad tip ensures the nib retains its shape, even under intensive use. This means you enjoy the same line quality for longer and the tip doesn't deform quickly. Combined with the high protection against drying out, the fineliner remains usable for longer, even if you sometimes forget to replace the cap.

Perfect for use with tools
This fineliner is especially suitable for use with rulers and stencils. The tip glides smoothly along straight edges without catching or smudging. The hexagonal design with stripe pattern ensures the pen doesn't roll away from your work surface, which is handy during technical drawing or when you're using several colours at once.
