What are mechanical pencils and when do you need them?
Mechanical pencils are pencils that you can refill with new graphite leads. You use them for precision drawing, writing and technical work where you need thin, consistent lines. Unlike ordinary pencils, you never have to sharpen them, and the line width always stays the same.

Why a 3-piece set with different widths?
This set contains three mechanical pencils in 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm. The 0.3 mm is ideal for very fine details and small handwriting, the 0.5 mm for general use and note-taking, and the 0.7 mm for bolder lines and shading. With these three sizes you can tackle any drawing task without having to buy new mechanical pencils all the time.

Durable construction with practical details
The mechanical pencils have a retractable tip that protects against breakage, and both the push button and the tip are made of metal for a long lifespan. The rubber grip zone stops your fingers from slipping during extended use. The set comes with an eraser and clip for convenient storage.

Refilling and recognising the right width
The mechanical pencils are easy to refill with standard graphite leads. The ISO colour code lets you quickly identify which width you're holding. The spring-loaded lead makes the graphite less likely to break, even when you apply a little more pressure while drawing or writing.
