When do you need special acrylic paper?
Acrylic paint requires a very different paper than watercolour or pencil. This CANSON acrylic paper pad is specifically designed for acrylic paintings and offers the sturdiness needed for this versatile painting technique. You need this paper when you want to work with acrylic paint without the paper becoming waterlogged or tearing.

Why choose this format and composition?
The 240×330 mm format offers ample room for extensive painting work without being too large for your workspace. With 10 sheets, you get enough material for a series of works or for experimenting. The pad is glued along the short edge, so you can easily tear off a sheet without damaging the whole pad.

Thick quality for intensive painting techniques
The 400 g/m² paper is thick enough to work with undiluted, highly opaque layers of paint, as acrylic paint requires. This thickness prevents the paint from soaking through the paper and allows you to apply multiple layers without loss of quality. The paper has a linen texture that gives grip to your brushstrokes.

Acid-free for lasting artworks
This acrylic paper is acid-free, which means your artworks will not yellow or deteriorate due to chemical reactions in the paper. For artists who want to preserve or sell their work, this is an essential property that significantly extends the lifespan of your paintings.
