This Canson drawing pad gives you perfect grip for pencil, charcoal and other dry techniques with its lightly grained structure. With 30 sheets in A3 format you can get started on your creativity without worries.
When do you choose this product?
What does this sketch pad do and when do you need it?
This CANSON sketch pad has been specially developed for all dry drawing techniques such as pencil, charcoal, pastel and chalk. You need this product when you want to draw or sketch with materials that do not contain water, and you are looking for paper with sufficient resistance to varying drawing pressure.
Why choose this A3 format?
The A3 format of 297 x 420 mm gives you enough space for extensive sketches and drawings without the paper becoming unwieldy. This format is ideal when you want to add more detail than is possible on smaller formats, but still want to work on a standard drawing table or desk.
The benefits of a lightly grained texture
The lightly grained surface ensures that your drawing materials adhere well to the paper without the texture becoming too dominant in your work. The paper is sturdy enough to withstand varying drawing pressure without tearing or going through, so you can freely experiment with different techniques.
Practical usage tip
The pad is glued along the short edge, which means you can easily tear off the sheets without damaging the sheet underneath. With 30 sheets, you have enough paper for a complete series of drawings or a longer study period. Store the pad in a dry place to preserve the quality of the paper.
