What this drawing paper does and when you need it
CANSON Mi-Teintes drawing paper is specially developed for dry drawing techniques such as pastel, charcoal and pencil. Use this paper when you want to draw on a coloured surface that gives your artwork more depth and character. The light blue colour forms a neutral base that combines well with both warm and cool colours in your drawing.

Why the 500 × 650 mm format is ideal
This large format gives you ample space for extensive drawings and studies. With dimensions of 500 × 650 mm, you have enough working surface for portraits, landscapes or other detailed works. The format is large enough for serious drawing work, yet still practical to handle on your worktable.

What the paper weight of 160 g/m² means
The weight of 160 g/m² ensures that the paper is sturdy enough to carry various drawing materials without tearing or warping. This weight offers the right balance between sturdiness and flexibility. The paper retains its shape, even when you apply several layers of material or use techniques that require more pressure.

Practical tip for storage and use
The pack contains 10 sheets, which is handy for a series of drawings or for experimenting with different techniques. Store the paper flat and dry to prevent creasing. Please note that this Mi-Teintes paper has a specific texture that works best with dry media – for wet techniques such as watercolour, this paper is less suitable.
