When do you need document folders?
Document folders are indispensable when you want to store and transport loose papers in an organised way. You use them to file contracts, quotes, project files or other important documents that you need regularly. These yellow EXACOMPTA folders stand out immediately in your archive, so you quickly find the right documents.

Why choose this format and quantity?
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, A4 documents fit perfectly in these folders without creasing. The set of 25 pieces is ideal for offices managing several projects at once or for administrations who want to separate documents by category. You immediately have sufficient stock for a longer period.

Sturdy cardboard quality with linen spine
The 320 g/m² cardboard offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. The linen spine provides extra durability where the folder is under the most strain. This construction prevents tearing when you regularly open and close the folder or when you carry it full of documents in a bag.

Practical filling capacity of 30 mm
The filling height of 30 mm means you can keep roughly 300 standard A4 sheets in each folder. This is sufficient for an average project file or a monthly administration. Before you buy, check whether this capacity matches the number of documents you need per subject.
