When do you need document folders?
Document folders are used for organising and storing important papers such as contracts, project files or administrative documents. They protect your documents from damage and keep everything neatly together. These EXACOMPTA folders are ideal when you regularly work with many loose sheets that you want to group by subject.

Why choose this format?
These folders measure 240 x 320 mm, making them suitable for standard A4 documents. With a filling height of 30 mm, they offer ample space for a substantial stack of papers per folder. You receive 25 pieces straight away, which is handy for offices or situations where you need to organise several projects or categories at the same time.

Durable cardboard with linen cover
The 320 gsm cardboard provides strength and durability. The linen cover offers extra protection to the top of your documents and ensures the folder keeps its shape, even with intensive use. This combination of materials makes the folders suitable for long-term storage without wearing out quickly.

Practical storage tip
Thanks to the blue colour, you can use these folders for a specific category of documents within your filing system. Make sure you store the folders upright in a cabinet or drawer, so that the 30 mm filling height is used optimally and the documents do not get creased.
