When do you need document folders?
Document folders are indispensable for keeping loose papers, contracts, invoices and other important documents neatly organised. You use them when you want to store documents temporarily without punching holes in them, or when you regularly need access to their contents. These cardboard folders protect your papers from dirt and damage.

Why choose the 240×320 mm format?
This format is perfectly suited to A4 documents and offers enough room to store your papers without folding them. The folders are just slightly larger than standard A4, so you can easily insert and remove your documents without damaging or creasing them.

Practical filling capacity of 30 mm
With a filling height of 30 mm, you can store a substantial stack of documents per folder. This depth offers room for approximately 250–300 sheets of paper, depending on paper thickness. The sturdy cardboard construction with linen spine ensures the folder keeps its shape, even when filled to capacity.

Colour coding for clear overview
The set contains folders in five different colours: blue, beige, yellow, pink and green. By using different colours for different projects, departments or document types, you instantly create a visual overview. The linen spine gives the folders a professional appearance and extra durability with frequent use.
