When do you need document folders?
Document folders are used to keep loose papers organised and to transport them. They are ideal when you want to bundle project documents, quotes or important paperwork without punching holes in them. These folders are especially useful for temporary storage and when you need to take documents in and out of the folder regularly.

Why choose this cardboard format?
These folders measure 240 x 320 mm and provide room for A4 documents with extra margin. The 320 g/m² cardboard ensures sufficient sturdiness without becoming too heavy. With a filling height of 30 mm, you can store a substantial stack of documents without the folder bulging or tearing.

Benefit of the linen spine
The linen spine gives these cardboard folders extra durability and a professional appearance. The linen prevents the spine from being quickly damaged with frequent use and provides better grip when you take the folders out of a cupboard or drawer. This makes them suitable for regular use rather than just one-off storage.

Practical colour coding with 25 pieces
The folders come sorted in five colours: blue, beige, yellow, pink and green. This system helps you visually distinguish between different projects, clients or departments. With 25 pieces in the pack, you have enough stock for an entire team or multiple projects, where each colour can represent a different category.
