What are document folders and when do you use them?
Document folders are practical tools for organising and protecting loose documents. You need them when you want to temporarily collect, sort or transport papers without having to place them directly in a ring binder or lever arch file. They are ideal for projects, client files or preparing documents for archiving.

Why choose this A4 size?
These EXACOMPTA document folders measure 220 x 310 mm, which fits standard A4 documents perfectly. The size offers enough room to store your papers neatly without them creasing or curling. The folders are suitable for all common A4 documents such as contracts, reports and correspondence.

The practical benefits of the pink colour
The eye-catching pink colour makes these folders excellent for colour-coding your admin. For example, you can use a separate colour per department, project or level of urgency, so you find your documents faster. The colour also ensures that important papers don't get lost among other documents.

Good-value pack of 100 pieces
This pack contains 100 document folders, which is good value for offices that regularly work with a lot of paperwork. You have sufficient stock on hand for a long time and can keep your colour-coding consistent. Ideally, store the folders in a dry place to maintain their quality, and keep them lying flat to prevent warping.
