What are document folders and when do you use them?
Document folders are indispensable tools for organising documents in offices, archives and home-working situations. You use them to neatly sort, protect and store A4 documents in an orderly way. They are ideal for setting up client files, project folders or archiving important papers.

Why choose this A4 format?
These document folders measure 220 x 310 mm, which fits standard A4 documents perfectly. The size offers enough room for your papers without them creasing or becoming damaged. Thanks to the standard size, they fit neatly into regular suspension file systems and archive systems.

Advantages of the 80 g/m² paper weight
The paper weight of 80 g/m² gives you a sturdy yet flexible document folder. This weight is firm enough to protect documents well against dirt and light damage, yet remains supple enough to handle easily. The violet colour helps you visually distinguish between different categories of documents.

Practical storage tip for your stock
With 100 pieces per pack, you have enough stock for a long time. Store the document folders in a dry place and keep them lying flat to prevent warping. The uniform violet colour makes it easy to set up a colour-coding system in which each colour represents a specific document category or department.
