What does this product do and when do you need it?
The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen is a professional drawing pen with pigmented drawing ink, specially developed for artists and designers. You use this pen when you want to create permanent, lightfast drawings that retain their intensity for years. Thanks to the pigment ink, the pen is ideal for illustrations, sketches and artworks that must withstand exposure to light.

Why choose the brush tip variant?
The brush tip (B) gives you maximum flexibility in your line work. With a single pen, you can create both fine details and broad, expressive strokes by varying the pressure and angle of the tip. The line width of 1.0 to 5.0 mm makes this pen suitable for a variety of techniques, from precision work to filling larger areas.

Permanent and lightfast properties
This pen contains high-quality pigment ink that is waterproof and permanent once the ink has dried. The high lightfastness means your colours will not fade, even after prolonged exposure to sunlight. The ink is also acid-free and odourless, so you can work comfortably and safely.

Practical details for everyday use
The dark yellow colour (109) offers a warm, powerful tint that combines well with other colours in your artwork. The pen has a practical clip on the cap, so you can easily attach it to your sketchbook or pocket. Thanks to its permanent properties, you can also use the pen in combination with watercolour techniques, with the lines remaining intact.
