When should you choose an artist pen with a brush tip?
The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen has been specially developed for artistic applications where you need variable line width. Thanks to the brush tip, you can draw lines from 1.0 to 5.0 mm wide, depending on the pressure you apply and the angle at which you hold the pen. This makes it ideal for illustrations, calligraphy, manga drawings and other creative projects where expressive lines are important.

Why choose the magenta colour?
Magenta is a powerful primary colour that is essential for colour mixing and vibrant illustrations. This intense pinkish-red shade stands out and gives your work a professional look. The colour code 133 ensures that you can always reorder exactly the same shade for consistency in your artwork.

Permanent and lightfast properties
This artist pen contains pigmented drawing ink that is permanent, waterproof and highly lightfast. Your drawings retain their colour intensity, even with prolonged exposure to light. The ink is also odourless and acid-free, making it safe for archiving and not deteriorating over time.

Practical details for use
The pen has a handy clip on the cap, so you can easily attach it to your sketchbook or pocket. The brush tip allows you to draw both fine details and fill in broad areas, making it versatile for different techniques. Be sure to close the cap properly after use to prevent the ink from drying out.
