For professional drawing applications
The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen has been specially developed for artists and illustrators who work with pigmented drawing ink. Use this pen when you want to create permanent drawings that are resistant to light and water. Thanks to the pigmented ink, your artworks stay colourfast for years, even when exposed to sunlight.

Why choose the brush variant
This variant has a flexible brush tip that allows lines from 1.0 to 5.0 mm. You get the natural variation of a traditional brush, but with the precision and convenience of a pen. The brush tip responds to pressure, so you can add both fine details and broad accents in a single stroke.

Permanent and odourless properties
The drawing ink is not only permanent and waterproof, but also acid-free and odourless. This means you can work comfortably indoors without any unpleasant smells. The acid-free nature ensures that your drawings will not discolour or be damaged by chemical reactions with the paper.

Practical usage tips
The pen has a clip on the cap for easy attachment to your sketchbook or clothing. Store the pen horizontally and make sure the cap is tightly closed to prevent the ink from drying out. For optimal results, use the pen on drawing paper of at least 160 grams, so that the ink does not bleed through the paper.
