For whom are brush pen fineliners intended?
Pigment ink fineliners are specially developed for artists, illustrators and hobby sketchers who work with permanent drawings. You use them when you need variable line widths and your work must withstand water and fading. This PITT artist pen is ideal for sketches, studies, layouts, fashion drawings and illustrations.

Why choose a brush tip?
The brush tip (B) of this Faber-Castell pen gives you a stroke width of 1.0 to 5.0 mm, depending on the pressure you apply. This allows you to fill both fine details and broad areas with the same pen. The cadmium yellow (colour code 107) is a vibrant, warm yellow that combines well with other colours and stands out on white paper.

Permanent properties that matter
This fineliner contains pigmented drawing ink that is highly lightfast, meaning your drawings will retain their colour intensity for years. The ink is fully waterproof and permanent once dry, so you can work over it with other media without bleeding. In addition, the ink is acid-free and odourless, which is important for archiving and use in enclosed spaces.

Practical usage tips
The pen has a cap with a clip for easy transport and storage. Store the pen horizontally or with the tip facing down to maintain optimal ink flow. The brush tip lets you create expressive strokes by varying your pressure: light contact gives fine lines, while more pressure produces broader strokes up to 5.0 mm.
