For detailed drawing work with varying line widths
The PITT artist pen is a professional brush pen specially developed for artists and illustrators who work with pigmented drawing ink. You use this pen when you want to create permanent drawings that are resistant to light and water, such as illustrations, sketches or calligraphy where precision and durability matter.

Why choose the brush tip variant
The brush tip (B) gives you maximum flexibility in your linework, as you can vary the line width between 1.0 and 5.0 mm by applying pressure. This range makes it possible to create both fine details and broad fills with the same pen. The cool grey III shade (colour code 232) offers a neutral grey tone that is ideal for shading and monochrome drawings.

Permanent and lightfast properties
The pigmented drawing ink is waterproof and permanent once dry, which means your drawing will not run on contact with water or other media. The high lightfastness ensures that your work will not fade when exposed to sunlight. In addition, the ink is acid-free, which benefits the longevity of your drawings.

Practical use and storage
Because the ink is odourless, you can work comfortably indoors without ventilation concerns. The cap has a clip for easy attachment to your drawing board or clothing. Store the pen horizontally with the cap firmly closed to prevent the brush tip from drying out.
