What does this card do and when do you use it?

Coloured card in this weight is ideal for cutting, sticking and folding work where you need something sturdier than ordinary paper. You use it for projects at school, in childcare or at home where you work with paint, glue or felt-tip pens and the card needs to stay firm enough. Because of the DIN A4 size, it fits straight into standard folders, printers and craft boxes without you having to trim it.

Why this weight and size suit this purpose

At 180 g/m², this card falls into a weight class that feels thicker and sturdier than regular printer paper, which makes it suitable for shapes that must stand up on their own, such as cards or figures. The pack of 100 sheets is practical if you work with a group or regularly need new material, so you don't have to reorder all the time.

Fully coloured and acid-free: what does that mean in practice?

The card is fully coloured, meaning it is coloured right through to the core, so a scratch or a cut edge doesn't show up white but keeps the same lilac colour. This is especially useful for cutting work where the edges remain visible. In addition, the card is acid-free, which means it is less likely to discolour or become brittle during long-term storage, which is handy for work you want to keep.
