When do you choose this product?
When do you need an extension rack?
An extension rack is used to expand an existing shelving system without purchasing a completely new rack. This Kerkmann model is specially designed as an add-on to the Progress 500 system and provides extra storage space when your current storage capacity becomes insufficient. The boltless slot system makes assembly easy without tools.
Why choose these dimensions?
With dimensions of 960×300×2250 mm, this rack offers optimal space for ring binders and archive material. The width of 96 cm allows you to place several binders side by side, while the depth of 30 cm fits standard A4 binders perfectly. The height of 2.25 metres maximises your vertical storage space without the rack becoming too tall for practical use.
Sturdy construction for heavy archives
This extension rack has an impressive load capacity of 500 kg per shelf bay, with each individual shelf able to carry up to 60 kg. These specifications make it suitable for storing heavy archive material, books and binders without worrying about sagging. The construction in light grey RAL 7035 steel fits professionally into any office environment.
Flexible layout for different needs
The shelves are height-adjustable and the rack offers space for 6 binder heights, allowing you to adapt the layout to different document sizes. Thanks to the back panel, your archive stays neatly in place and the entire system gains extra stability.
