When do you need a carbon ribbon?
A carbon ribbon is essential for typewriters and older office machines that still work with ink ribbons instead of cartridges. You need one when you want to type or print text on these machines, as the ribbon transfers the ink onto the paper.

Why choose this specific 8 mm size?
This carbon ribbon measures 8 mm wide and 138 m long, which fits a large group of Canon machines and other brands perfectly. The 8 mm size is a standard width used by many common typewriters and office machines, so you can be sure of a good fit.

Wide compatibility with many machines
This Kores carbon ribbon is compatible with an impressive number of Canon models, including the AP100 series, ES series, MX series, QS series and S series. It also works with Robotron Erika Electronic and President Electronic machines, as well as Sigma and Utax models. This broad compatibility makes it a versatile choice for various office environments.

Practical tip for use
Always check your exact machine model before ordering. The reference number G156CFS and the group classification 156 help you verify whether this ribbon is suitable for your specific machine. Store the ribbon in a dry, cool place to prevent it from drying out, and make sure you install it correctly according to your machine's manual.
