What is this carbon ribbon for?
This carbon ribbon produces crisp black prints on typewriters and electronic typewriters. You need it when your original ribbon has run out or when printing becomes faint while typing. The carbon ribbon transfers the ink from the ribbon to the paper via the type elements of your machine.

Why choose this specific Kores ribbon?
This ribbon has been specially developed for Gruppe 163 machines and carries the OEM reference G163CFS. It is designed to fit perfectly in the ribbon mechanisms of various brands such as Olympia, Commodore, Siemens and other compatible models. Kores quality ensures consistent ink transfer without smudges or uneven prints.

Compatibility with your machine
The ribbon works with an extensive list of machines, including the complete Olympia ESW series (ESW1000 to ESW5000), the Compact series, Competence models and Professional range. The Commodore DPS1120, Kienzle 9017BBS and various Siemens models such as TD06 to TD11 are also supported. Check whether your model appears in the compatibility list for optimal performance.

Practical installation tip
When replacing the ribbon, pay attention to correctly positioning it in the ribbon guides of your machine. Make sure the ribbon is not twisted and follow the arrows on the ribbon cassette for the correct direction of travel. Store unused ribbons at room temperature and away from direct sunlight to prevent the ink from drying out.
