When do you use alphabetical labels?
Alphabetical labels are indispensable for systematically organising files, client folders or documentation according to the ABC system. You use these specific 'U' labels when you want to give a clear marking to all folders or documents beginning with the letter U. This keeps your archive well organised and ensures you can quickly find the right documents.

Why choose this specific size?
At 30×23 mm, these labels are large enough to be easily legible, yet compact enough not to get in the way on your folders or files. The brown colour follows the IFOSA colour standard, meaning you create a professional and uniform filing system that meets international document management standards.

Durability you can rely on
These LEITZ labels do not fade and do not wear out, even with frequent use of your archive. The self-adhesive backing ensures they stay firmly in place without peeling off. The barcode on the inside helps with any automatic sorting or inventory of your document system.

Practical benefits of the roll format
The 250 labels come on a convenient carrier roll in a dispenser box, so you can easily peel off and apply one label at a time. This roll format prevents labels from curling or getting damaged during storage, and makes application much more efficient than loose labels.
