What are letter labels and what are they used for?
Letter labels are self-adhesive labels used to categorise documents, folders and files according to an alphabetical system. You need them when you want a clear, professional filing system, with each letter of the alphabet given its own colour code.

Why choose the 30×23 mm size?
This compact size of 30×23 mm is ideal for standard suspension files and ring binders where you don't have much room for large labels. It is large enough to remain easy to read, yet compact enough to fit neatly on the tab of your folder without sticking out awkwardly.

Durability and colour fastness of these dark blue labels
The dark blue colour follows the IFOSA colour standard, which ensures uniformity in professional filing systems. An important feature is that these labels do not fade and do not wear away during use. This means your filing system keeps its professional appearance even after long-term use.

Practical details for everyday use
The labels come on a carrier strip in a handy dispenser box, so you can easily peel them off one at a time. With 250 pieces, you have ample stock for an extensive archive. Thanks to the barcode on the inside, you can also keep digital track of which labels you have used if needed, which is useful for large administrations.
