What are letter labels and when do you use them?
Letter labels are self-adhesive labels bearing a specific letter, which you use for alphabetical ordering of documents, folders and files. You need these orange 'R' labels when you want to keep your physical archives well organised and quickly find documents beginning with the letter R.

Why choose the 30×23 mm size?
This compact 30×23 mm size fits perfectly on standard suspension files and binders without taking up too much space. The size is large enough to be clearly visible, yet small enough to sit neatly on narrow spines. Thanks to the rectangular shape, you apply the labels uniformly and professionally.

Durable quality that lasts
These Leitz letter labels do not fade and do not wear out, so your filing system stays neat for a long time. The colours follow the IFOSA colour key standard, meaning the orange is consistent and matches other professional filing systems.

Practical use with the dispenser box
The 250 labels are on a carrier roll in a handy dispenser box, so you can easily peel them off and apply them one by one. The barcode on the inside allows you to process the labels professionally. Keep the box on your desk for quick access while organising your documents.
