What does a Cat 5e network cable do?
A Cat 5e network cable connects devices on your network, such as computers, printers or switches, to each other or to your router. You need this cable when you want a stable internet connection without the uncertainty of Wi-Fi, or when you want to connect multiple devices by cable in your office.

Why choose a 10-metre length?
With 10 metres, you have enough reach to connect devices in different spots in a room without excess cable. This length is ideal for office environments where you need to run from your workstation to a switch or router in another corner of the room, without the cable being too short or unnecessarily long.

Reliable 1:1 connection without shielding
This cable uses a 1:1 wiring scheme, which means both ends are wired identically for a direct connection. The unshielded U/UTP construction is perfect for normal office environments where there are no extreme electromagnetic interferences. The gold-plated contacts ensure a good connection that is less prone to corrosion.

Recognition and compatibility
The cable is clearly printed with category and cable type information, so you always know which type of cable you are using. The RJ45 connectors fit all standard network ports on computers, switches, routers and other network equipment. The grey plug boot protects the connector against damage when the cable is bent.
