When do you need a Cat. 5e network cable?
You use this LogiLink Professional network cable to establish internet connections between devices and your router, switch or modem. Cat. 5e cables are suitable for standard internet connections and office applications where you need reliable data transfer.

Why choose this short 0.25 metre version?
At a length of 0.25 metres, this cable is ideal for short connections in, for example, server cabinets, between devices standing close together, or as a patch cable in a network cabinet. The compact length prevents cable clutter and ensures a neat setup without unnecessary loops.

Reliable connection thanks to gold-plated contacts
The RJ45 connectors feature gold-plated contacts, which ensure a stable connection and protection against corrosion. The blue strain relief boot provides extra protection against bending at the connector, which extends the lifespan of the cable. The cable has a 1:1 wiring, meaning all eight wires are connected straight through.

Pay attention to the correct application
This U/UTP cable is unshielded and therefore suitable for standard office environments without strong electromagnetic interference. The CCA conductor (Copper Clad Aluminium) makes the cable cost-effective for shorter distances. Check whether your devices have RJ45 ports and whether Cat. 5e is sufficient for your internet speed.
