When do you need a pigment marker?
A pigment marker such as the POSCA PC-3M is used when you want to draw or write on different materials with an opaque, waterproof ink. Unlike ordinary felt-tip pens, pigment markers work on almost all surfaces, such as paper, card, wood, metal, glass and plastic. They are ideal for creating hand lettering, decorations, labels or personalising objects.

Why choose the round tip of 0.9–1.3 mm?
The round tip of this POSCA marker gives you a line width between 0.9 and 1.3 mm, which is perfect for detailed work where you still want sufficient coverage. This width sits between the fine and medium categories, so you can produce both text and small illustrations neatly. The round shape gives a natural writing experience and gives you control over the line work.

The beige colour in your colour palette
Beige is a neutral, warm colour that combines excellently with other shades and is often used as a base or accent colour. This colour stands out without being garish and works well on both light and dark backgrounds. Beige gives your designs a natural, calming look.

Compatibility with different surfaces
This POSCA marker works on porous and non-porous materials. Please note that on smooth surfaces such as glass, the ink needs to dry before it is fully waterproof. For the best result on dark backgrounds, you can optionally apply a white or light layer first so that the beige colour shows up better.
