When do you need a pigment marker?
Pigment markers are ideal when you want to draw or write on a variety of surfaces such as paper, cardboard, glass, metal or plastic. Unlike ordinary felt-tip pens, pigment markers contain opaque paint that remains clearly visible even on dark surfaces. You use these markers for creative projects, decoration, labelling, or whenever you want to make permanent markings that are lightfast.

Why choose the round tip of 0.9–1.3 mm?
This POSCA marker has a round tip that draws lines between 0.9 and 1.3 millimetres wide. This size sits right between fine and medium, so you can draw details as well as colour in slightly broader areas. The round tip gives you more control than a flat tip and is more versatile than very fine tips for various applications.

The benefits of lavender as a colour
Lavender is a soft purple shade that stands out well without being garish. This colour works excellently for decorative purposes, hand lettering, or when you want to make a subtle yet clearly visible marking. The pigment in this POSCA marker ensures the lavender colour stays consistent, even after prolonged use.

Practical tip for use
Always shake the marker well before use and press the tip onto paper a few times until the paint flows evenly. Store the marker horizontally with the cap on to prevent it from drying out. The PC-3M series is compatible with all POSCA accessories, and you can combine this marker with other POSCA colours for multicoloured projects.
