When do you need professional oil paint?
Oil paint is what you use when you want to create paintings with rich colours that stay workable for a long time. This Ivory Black shade is an essential base colour for every artist working with oil paint. You need this colour for mixing dark tones, shadows and for creating contrasts in your artworks.

Why choose the 40 ml tube?
The 40 ml packaging gives you enough paint for multiple paintings without having to stock up on a large supply. This tube size is practical for hobby artists and professionals who paint regularly, but do not use large quantities of black paint every day.

What does the even viscosity mean for your work?
The even viscosity ensures that the paint comes out of the tube consistently and behaves predictably on your canvas. This means you get the same workability every time, which is important for maintaining your painting technique. The high-quality pigments give you an intense colour that does not fade.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always store the tube with the cap tightly closed and in a cool, dry place. Ivory Black mixes excellently with white for grey tones or with other colours to darken them. Make sure you clean your brushes thoroughly straight after use with turpentine or a suitable solvent.
