This Van Gogh brush with fine synthetic fibres gives you both precision and control with oil and acrylic paint. The seamless brass ferrule and long, glossy handle sit comfortably in your hand during long painting sessions.
When do you choose this product?
What does this brush do and when do you need it?
This Royal Talens Van Gogh brush has been specially developed for both oil and acrylic paint. You need this brush when you are working on paintings and want versatility in one tool. The synthetic fibres make it suitable for both types of paint, which is handy if you regularly switch between techniques.
Why choose the cat's tongue shape in size 8?
The cat's tongue shape combines the best of flat and round brushes. With this shape you can paint broad areas as well as carry out detailed work by turning the brush. Size 8 offers a medium working width that suits most painting projects, from details to medium-sized surfaces.
Benefits of gold-coloured synthetic fibres
The gold-coloured synthetic fibres are fine in structure and offer good paint pick-up without the drawbacks of natural hair. Synthetic fibres retain their shape better and are easier to clean than natural alternatives. They work particularly well with acrylic paint and also offer sufficient control over paint application with oil paint.
Practical details for long-term use
The brush has a long, glossy lacquered handle that sits comfortably in the hand during longer painting sessions. The seamless nickel-plated brass ferrule ensures the fibres stay firmly in place and prevents paint from building up in the join between handle and hair bundle. Clean the brush immediately after use for optimal lifespan.
