When do you need a soft pencil?
A pencil with a B grade is softer than standard HB pencils and produces darker, more intense lines. You choose this softness when you need to shade a lot, sketch, or want to make dark, clearly visible lines without applying much pressure.

Why choose a hexagonal shape?
The hexagonal shape of this STABILO pencil prevents it from rolling off your desk and provides a stable grip while writing. This shape sits more comfortably in your hand than round pencils, especially during prolonged use, and gives you more control over your writing movements.

Advantage of the break-resistant lead
This pencil has a break-resistant lead of 2.2 mm thickness, which means the graphite core is less likely to break during use. This is especially useful if you apply a lot of pressure while writing or sketching, or if you regularly drop the pencil. You need to sharpen less often and suffer less from interrupted lines.

Practical tip for everyday use
The green lacquer coating makes this pencil easy to spot among other writing materials. Store it in a pencil case or pencil holder to protect the tip. Because of the soft B grade, the tip wears down faster than with harder pencils, so make sure you always have a good pencil sharpener to hand for the best writing results.
