What are vacuum bags and when do you need them?
Vacuum bags are specially designed for airtight packaging of products with a vacuum sealer. You use them when you want to store food, documents or other items for a long time by sucking all the air out. This prevents spoilage, oxidation and moisture.

Why choose this 280 × 350 mm size?
This medium size of 280 × 350 mm is ideal for regular portions of food, A4 documents or small to medium-sized items. It offers enough space without unnecessary waste of material. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have sufficient stock for regular use.

The 90 micrometre thickness and temperature resistance
These bags have a thickness of 90 micrometres, which ensures a sturdy construction that resists tearing during the vacuum process. They are temperature resistant up to 70 degrees for 2 hours, making them suitable for sous-vide cooking or other applications involving heat.

Compatibility with your vacuum sealer
For a good seal, your vacuum sealer needs a sealing temperature between 100 and 180 degrees. Check whether your appliance can work within this range. The transparent material makes it easy to identify the contents without opening the packaging, which is practical when storing in the freezer or food cupboard.
