When do you use this drawing paper?
CANSON Mi-Teintes drawing paper has been specially developed for dry drawing techniques such as pastel, charcoal, chalk and pencil. You choose this paper when you work with materials that need grip on the paper surface. The 160 g/m² weight makes it suitable for techniques where you apply multiple layers or rub and blend intensively.

Why this size and colour?
At 500 × 650 mm, you have plenty of room for larger compositions and portraits. The yellow paper offers a warm base that is particularly effective for portraits and landscapes. The yellow tint makes light pastel shades stand out beautifully and gives more depth to your drawing than white paper does.

The right paper weight for your technique
The 160 g/m² weight means this paper is sturdy enough to be worked intensively without tearing or creasing. It is thicker than standard drawing paper, so it withstands erasing well and the application of multiple layers of material. At the same time, it remains flexible enough for various drawing techniques.

Practical benefits of the packaging
You receive 10 sheets per pack, which is handy for series work or exercises. Store the sheets flat in a drawing portfolio to prevent creasing. Thanks to the neutral pH value of this paper, your drawings are well preserved without the paper discolouring over time.
