When do you need textured drawing paper?
CANSON Mi-Teintes drawing paper has been specially developed for dry drawing techniques such as pastel, charcoal, chalk and pencil. You choose this paper when you want to benefit from its characteristic texture, which ensures better adhesion of dry pigments and a richer look for your artwork.

Why this cream format of 500×650 mm?
With the A2 format of 500×650 mm, you have enough room for medium to large drawings without the paper becoming unwieldy. The cream colour (Farbe 407) provides a warm, neutral base that makes both light and dark colours stand out beautifully, unlike white paper, which can sometimes be too stark for certain techniques.

The right weight for stability
This paper has a weight of 160 g/m², which strikes the ideal balance between stability and workability. It is sturdy enough to withstand intensive work with various drawing tools, yet not so heavy that it becomes difficult to handle. The texture is retained without the paper buckling or tearing.

Practical packaging for regular use
The pack contains 10 sheets, which is practical if you draw regularly but don't want to build up a large stock straight away. Store the paper flat in a dry environment to prevent creasing and moisture. When ordering, please note the new reference code C31032S104, which has replaced the old code C200321124.
