When do you need coloured drawing paper?
This coloured drawing paper from CANSON is ideal when you want to work on a coloured background instead of white paper. It instantly gives your drawings a warm, vibrant look and is perfect for pastel techniques, charcoal, pencil or mixed media, where the colour of the paper becomes part of your artwork.

Why choose the 500×650 mm size?
At 500×650 mm, you have enough room for medium to large drawings without the paper becoming unwieldy. This size offers enough working surface for portraits, landscapes or detailed studies, while remaining practical for use on a standard drawing table or desk.

The benefits of 160 g/m² paper weight
The paper weight of 160 g/m² provides a sturdy drawing surface that is unlikely to tear or curl while you work. This thickness is heavy enough to support various drawing materials without bleeding through, yet not so thick that it becomes difficult to work with. The paper holds its shape well, even with intensive use of pastels or other pigments.

Practical tip for storage and use
The pack of 10 sheets is convenient for regular users who don't want to stock up too much. Store the paper flat in a dry environment to prevent curling. The yellow-orange Mi-Teintes paper often has a different texture on each side, so you can choose a smooth or more textured surface depending on your drawing technique.
