What does a snap binder do and when do you need one?

A snap binder is a handy solution when you want to store loose documents quickly and neatly without punching holes in them or placing them in a folder. You slide the papers under the clip mechanism and have them to hand straight away. This makes the product ideal for temporary project files, client files or documents you want to consult regularly.

Why this A4 format in grey PP?

This snap binder is made from polypropylene (PP), a sturdy plastic that withstands daily use and does not tear or warp as easily as cardboard versions. The grey format fits into a neutral office environment and suits anyone who prefers a calm, business-like look for their document folder. Because the material is lightweight, it adds hardly any weight to a bag or archive.

The transparent front as a practical advantage

The transparent cover is a concrete benefit: you can see at once which document is on top without opening the snap binder. This saves time when you are searching through several folders. Combine this with the label strip on the spine or front, and you have a system that lets you quickly recognise the right file.

Capacity and practical use

The clip mechanism has a spine width of 80 mm and holds up to 100 sheets, which corresponds to a substantial file. If you use the snap binder for ongoing matters, it is wise not to overfill it: documents are easier to flick through when there is still some room to spare. If you want to set up several files, make sure you fill in the label strip before adding documents, so that your archive is organised from the start.
