What is a quick binder and when do you need one?

A quick binder is indispensable if you want to gather loose documents quickly and neatly without punching holes or placing them in a ring binder. You slide the papers under the clip mechanism, close the bar, and your folder is ready to use straight away. This makes it ideal for project files, quotations, meeting documents or other papers you want to keep together temporarily.

Why this A4 format in PP?

This quick binder from EXACOMPTA is made from polypropylene (PP), a sturdy and flexible plastic that withstands daily use better than cardboard variants. The transparent cover is a practical advantage: you can see at a glance which document is on top, without opening the folder. This way you work faster and keep track of things on your desk or in your bag.

Capacity and clip mechanism

The clip mechanism has a width of 80 mm, which matches standard hole-punched documents. The quick binder holds up to 100 sheets, enough for an average project file or administrative set. Keep in mind that with a fuller folder you will need a little more pressure to close the bar.

Practical tip: label strip and easy identification

The light blue colour makes it easy to tell different files apart if you work with a colour-coding system. The label strip supplied on the front gives you the option to label the folder clearly with a name, date or file number. That way you always grab the right folder without having to search.
