What is a quick binder and when do you need one?
A quick binder is the smartest choice when you want to bring together loose documents quickly and neatly without punching holes or binding them. You use it for project files, invoices, reports or other stacks of paper that you want to consult regularly but keep together.

Why this format and this material?
This model is suitable for A4 documents, the most common size in the office and at home. The binder is made of polypropylene (PP), a plastic that is sturdier and more moisture-resistant than cardboard. As a result, it lasts longer than a simple paper version, even if you pick it up and put it down regularly.

The transparent cover and the label strip
The transparent front is a practical detail: you can see at a glance which document is on top, without having to open the binder. The label strip on the spine or front lets you label the folder straight away, so you can quickly find the right file in a stack or on a shelf.

Capacity and storage tip
The spring mechanism has a spine width of 80 mm and has room for a maximum of 100 sheets of paper. That is enough for an average project file or a month's administration.
