What is a quick-clip folder and when do you need one?

A quick-clip folder is used to store loose documents quickly and neatly without punching holes or binding them. This is handy when you regularly return to a file, project folder or set of forms that you want to keep close at hand. The folder keeps everything together without you having to re-sort it each time.

Why this format and this variant?

This EXACOMPTA quick-clip folder is suitable for A4 documents, the standard size used in almost every office and home office. The folder is made of polypropylene (PP), a sturdy plastic that is resistant to bending and tearing. This makes it suitable for daily use in a busy work environment or on the move.

The transparent front cover as a practical feature

The front of this folder is transparent, so you can see at a glance which file you are looking at. This is particularly useful if you place a title page or table of contents as the first sheet: it is readable straight away without having to open the folder. Combine this with the supplied label strip on the spine for extra clarity in a stack or drawer.

Capacity and colour coding

The clip mechanism holds up to 100 sheets, which is equivalent to a substantial file or a complete project record. The orange colour makes it easy to distinguish different topics or departments when you work with several folders. Use one colour per project or category to find what you need quickly, especially if you use multiple EXACOMPTA folders side by side.
