What is this archive box for?
An archive box is intended for storing documents, folders and papers in an organised and protected way. This box from EXACOMPTA is suitable for A4 format and has room for 400 sheets, which makes it practical for both current files and long-term archiving.

When is this format the right choice?
With a spine width of 40 mm, this box is compact enough to place several boxes side by side on a shelf, yet roomy enough for a sizeable stack of documents. The dimensions are 250 x 40 x 330 mm, which matches standard A4 filing cabinets and bookshelves. If you have a larger volume of paperwork, you would be better off looking at a wider variant; for an average file, however, this format is a good fit.

Sturdiness thanks to manila cardboard
The box is made from manila cardboard with a weight of 600 g/m². That is a relatively heavy and therefore sturdy board, which means the box keeps its shape well even when it is filled and stacked. The elastic band keeps the contents together without the need for a separate closing mechanism.

Practical details for everyday use
The box is delivered ready-assembled, so you can start using it straight away. On the spine there is a writable label area, which makes it quick and clear to find the right box in a row. The black finish gives filing cabinets a sleek, uniform look when you use several boxes of the same type.
