What are collection boxes and when do you use them?
Collection boxes are practical storage folders you use to keep loose documents, project papers or files organised together. You need them when ring binders are too large but you still need more space than an ordinary folder offers.

Why choose a 80 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 80 mm, these collection boxes offer enough room for medium-sized document collections without taking up too much space on your desk or in the cupboard. The dimensions of 250 x 80 x 330 mm make them compact enough for efficient storage.

Sturdy material with handy details
These EXACOMPTA collection boxes are made of Manila board weighing 600 g/m², which ensures durability with regular use. The rubber elastic keeps the contents safely in place, while the writable spine label helps you quickly find the right box.

Practical benefit: delivered ready-assembled
A major advantage is that these collection boxes are delivered already assembled, so you can get started straight away. You receive 6 pieces in various colours: blue, yellow, black, red, turquoise and green. This variety of colours makes it easy to visually separate different projects or categories.
