What does this archive box do?

An archive box is designed to store loose documents, folders or files in an orderly way and protect them from dust and damage. You need this product when you want to tidy up paperwork in a structured way, for example at the end of a project or an administrative year.

Why this size is the right choice

This box is suitable for A4 format and has a spine width of 40 mm, which provides room for approximately 400 sheets of paper. That makes it ideal for one completed file or a series of documents that belong together, without the box taking up unnecessary space on a shelf or in a filing cabinet.

Sturdiness through the material

The box is made of manila cardboard weighing 600 g/m², which ensures a sturdy construction that keeps its shape even when full. Thanks to the elastic band, the box stays securely closed, so the contents do not shift or fall out when moved. This is a practical advantage over simple document wallets.

Ready to use straight away

The archive box is delivered ready to use, so you don't have to fold or assemble it yourself. There is a writable label field on the spine, allowing you to quickly identify the contents and easily find the box within a larger collection. For a consistent colour coding system, combine several boxes in different colours — green works well as a recognisable category within your archive.
