What does this product do?
A collecting box is used to temporarily store loose documents before you file them permanently. These EXACOMPTA boxes are ideal when you regularly gather papers that belong together but aren't yet ready to be placed in a permanent folder.

Why choose this spine width?
With a 25 mm spine width, this box offers space for a limited number of documents. This size is practical when you don't collect too many papers at once, or when you want to keep different projects separate without the boxes taking up too much space.

Sturdy manila cardboard construction
The 600 g/m² manila cardboard ensures a sturdy construction that can handle regular use. The yellow colour makes the boxes easy to spot in your archive, while the writable spine label helps you clearly mark the contents. The elastic closure keeps everything neatly in place.

Practical tip for immediate use
These boxes are delivered ready-assembled, so you don't need to fold them yourself. With 8 pieces in one pack, you have a ready supply for multiple projects or categories. The dimensions of 250 x 25 x 330 mm make them suitable for standard A4 documents and fit in most filing cabinets.
