When do you need collector boxes?
Collector boxes are ideal for archiving loose documents, project files or magazines that you want to keep in an orderly way. You use them when you want to bundle papers that belong together, but don't yet want to file them away permanently in a long-term archive system.

Why choose this spine width of 40 mm?
With a spine width of 40 mm, these boxes offer room for an average amount of documents without becoming too heavy to handle. This size is practical for project folders, correspondence or documentation that you consult regularly but still want to store in an orderly way.

Sturdy construction with handy details
These collector boxes are made from 600 g/m² Manila board, which provides sufficient sturdiness for daily use. The elastic band keeps the contents safely in place, while the writable spine label ensures you always know what's inside. You receive the boxes fully assembled, so you can use them straight away.

Colour coding for an overview
The pack contains 8 pieces in different colours: blue, yellow, black, pink, red, turquoise, green and violet. By assigning different colours to specific projects or departments, you create a visual system that speeds up finding documents. The dimensions of 250 x 40 x 330 mm make them suitable for standard A4 documents.
