When do you need a thick paint marker?
Paint markers are indispensable for creating clearly visible text and drawings on a variety of materials. You mainly use them when ordinary felt-tip pens don't show up on dark surfaces, or when you want to make weather-resistant markings. This POSCA marker works on paper, card, glass, metal, plastic and wood.

Why choose the 8.0 mm chisel tip?
With a line width of 8.0 mm, this marker is ideal for large lettering, posters and decorative projects. The chisel tip gives you flexibility: you can fill broad areas as well as draw thinner lines by using the angle of the tip. This version is perfect when you want to cover large surfaces quickly or create eye-catching headers.

What makes pigment paint special?
Paint markers contain opaque paint rather than translucent ink. This means the red colour remains clearly visible, even on dark surfaces. The paint dries quickly and becomes permanent on porous materials, while on smooth surfaces you can often still wipe it off as long as it has not fully cured.

Practical tip for optimal use
Shake the marker well before use until you hear the ball rattling inside. Activate the tip by pressing it a few times on paper until the paint comes through. Store the marker horizontally with the cap on to prevent it from drying out, and keep the tip clean for the best paint flow.
